CMSSS has trained more than 500 school dropouts in the trades of garment-making, beautician, and driving & 4-wheeler mechanisms over the past 12 years. The primary focus group for skill training are school dropouts from backward and disadvantaged village communities who can be supported for direct employment or self-employment.
Certification on successful completion in collaboration with training institutes like FVTRS (Bengaluru) helps trainees advance to higher levels of training or avail loan facilities from banks. In addition to technical skills, youths are trained in personality development and social awareness to build confidence and workplace competence.
